R. Benjamin Hatcher

Managing Director, Private Equity

Mr. Hatcher joined JFLCO in 2013 and is actively involved in the sourcing, acquisition, oversight and disposition of portfolio investments.  He currently serves as a director of CodeMettle, CTS Engines, TMS Group and Wellman Dynamics.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hatcher began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in Jefferies’ Aerospace & Defense Group. 

Mr. Hatcher graduated from the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in economics and foreign affairs.
