Megan E. Kanefsky

Vice President, Human Capital

Ms. Kanefsky joined JFLCO in 2021 and is responsible for the firm’s human capital efforts and strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kanefsky spent 15 years in the Human Resources Group at Blackstone, where she focused on recruiting, benefits administration, performance evaluation and management, organizational development and was the HR Business Partner to the Legal and Compliance Team. 

A native of New York, Ms. Kanefsky earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College.
