Louis N. Mintz

Mr. Mintz joined the firm in 1997 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s activities, including the acquisition, oversight and disposition of portfolio investments as well as the firm’s relationship development with institutional investors. He has served on many of the boards for JFLCO’s investments, including currently serving as a director of Crystal Clean, Entact, Narda-MITEQ and PURIS.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mintz was a member of the Private Equity Investment Group at Odyssey Partners, L.P. and served as a Vice President at Rosecliff, Inc., where he was involved in all aspects of the acquisition and management of several portfolio companies. He began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in Corporate Finance.
A native of New York, Mr. Mintz graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, where he earned a B.A. in economics and public policy studies and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He serves as a Trustee of Congregation Beth Elohim, a landmark congregation founded in 1861 that is among the largest Reform congregations in Brooklyn, NY.
