NEW YORK – National Response Corporation (“NRC”), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, announced today the completion of the acquisition of ENPRO Holdings Group, Inc. (“ENPRO”).
NRC is a leading global provider of specialty environmental, emergency response, and industrial services. Headquartered in Great River, NY, with regional offices throughout the U.S. and internationally, NRC has more than 1,000 employees globally.
ENPRO is a leading provider of environmental and emergency response solutions in the Northeast U.S. The company is headquartered in Newburyport, MA and employees over 250 personnel in nine offices as well as two waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities.
