NEW YORK – USJ-IMECO Holdings Company, LLC (”USJ-IMECO”), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, recently changed its name to Trident Maritime Systems, LLC (”Trident” or the ”Company”).
Formed in 2013 through the merger of J.F. Lehman portfolio companies US Joiner and IMECO, Trident delivers high quality engineered solutions to shipbuilders in naval and commercial applications through its three operating divisions: US Joiner, IMECO and RAACI. As a result of both organic growth and targeted acquisitions under J.F. Lehman ownership, Trident has become a recognized industry leader as a provider of turn-key marine joiner, distributed and electro-mechanical systems for U.S. Government and commercial maritime customers.
Trident's business units will retain the brand names that have earned them outstanding reputations for excellence and value. The name change of the parent company represents a significant milestone in the integration of Trident's partner businesses under a unified holding company.
